翻譯難。
以法國 Gallimard 出版公司的藝術家叢書為例，數年後有英譯，New Horizon 叢書 ，英國著名的出版商 Thames and Hudson 出版。約5年之後，台灣的時報文化公司出版中文本，翻譯者多為中國的名家。
由於我不懂法文，偶爾對照看英文本和中文本，如Rodin，找出幾處中文錯譯。
現在再以 Toulouse-Lautrecc 1864-1901 : Painter of the Night 為例
