 鬱金香在植物分類學上，是一類屬於百合科鬱金香屬（學名：Tulipa）的具鱗莖草本植物，又稱洋荷花、旱荷花、草麝香、鬱香（《太平御覽》）、紅藍花、紫述香（《本草綱目》），原產地從南歐、西亞一直到東亞的中國東北一帶，為人熟知的外銷大國荷蘭初次引進鬱金香是在16世紀末，因生長地區緯度不同而花期各異，普遍在3月下旬至5月上旬。雖然全世界約有2,000多個鬱金香品種，但大量生產者大約只有150種。

His high-top shoes, and his handsome collar;
Only my Daddy could look like that,
And I love my Daddy like he loves his Dollar.

The screen door bangs, and it sounds so funny--
There he is in a shower of gold;
His pockets are stuffed with folding money,

William Jay Smith的這首詩用了領巾cravat和高絲帽 等等   所以primitive 不是原始人

The cravat is a neckband, the forerunner of the modern tailored necktie and bow tie, originating from 17th-century Croatia.^[2]
